She graduated from New York University School of Medicine and completed her adult psychiatry training at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. She completed her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship training at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital's combined program at Columbia and Cornell University Medical Centers, where she was elected to serve as a chief resident during her final year of fellowship. Since then, Dr. Mengwall has treated children in a variety of in outpatient settings, including specialized clinics, partial hospitalization programs, and intensive outpatient programs.

Dr. Lisa Mengwall is a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist with extensive experience and expertise treating children and adolescents with a wide variety of anxiety, mood, and attentional disorders, as well as those with autism spectrum and developmental disabilities. She enjoys collaborating with patients and their families to help develop and carry out a comprehensive, highly individualized treatment plan that may include psychopharmacological, psychotherapeutic, or multimodal interventions. Dr. Mengwall sees patients virtually and in our Greenwich location.
